VEGETABLE MARINATED SALAD 
2/3 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
1 can white whole kernel corn, drained
1 can lima beans, drained
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
4 oz. jar pimento
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
15 oz. frozen peas

Heat together first four ingredients until dissolved. Set aside to cool. Put vegetables in large container. Add peas about 1 hour before serving. After marinate cools, pour over vegetables and refrigerate, stir 2 or 3 times.
