BIG BOY STRAWBERRY PIE 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour, sifted
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry Jello
1 qt. strawberries, washed, drained and sliced

Combine butter, flour and 2 tablespoons sugar at low speed until dough forms. Press into a 9 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Mix and bring to a boil the water, 3/4 cup sugar and cornstarch. Remove from heat and stir in the Jello.

Cool this mixture for 5 to 10 minutes. Arrange strawberries in pie shell. Pour sauce over berries. Refrigerate. Serve with whipped topping.
