JAN'S GRANOLA | |
7 1/2 c. rolled oats 1 c. raw wheat germ 1 c. coconut 1 c. sesame seeds 1 c. almonds 1/2 c. millet 1/2 c. dates 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1/2 c. sunflower seeds Make a sauce of 3/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup oil, 1/3 cup water, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon; heat above ingredients and spoon over dry ingredients. Spread and bake in pan at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until dry and light brown. Cool and enjoy. |
