KOINONIA GRANOLA 
1/2 lb. butter
2 tbsp. molasses
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. honey
2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
9 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. Grape Nuts
1 c. wheat germ
1 c. sunflower seeds

Melt first 5 ingredients in large pan. Cool slightly, then add remaining ingredients. Stir thoroughly. Bake in an even layer on cookie sheets for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Stir every 5 to 7 minutes to prevent over-browning. Stir a few times as granola cools. When cooled, you may add 1 cup raisins or other dried fruits. Makes about 5 quarts granola.
