MAKE AHEAD GRANOLA CEREAL 
3 c. rolled oats
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. sesame seeds
1 c. wheat germ
1 c. honey
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. soy flour
1 tbsp. BLAIR vanilla
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. shredded coconut
1 tsp. BLAIR cinnamon
1 tbsp. BLAIR coconut flavoring
1/4 c. chopped dates

Preheat oven to 350 degrees; lightly grease baking sheet. In large bowl combine all ingredients, except dates and coconut, with the water; mix together thoroughly. Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until browned. Stir in the dates and coconut if desired. Store in covered container. Yields: 7 cups.
