GRANOLA CRUNCH | |
1/2 c. butter 3/4 c. packed brown sugar 1/4 c. honey 1/4 c. water 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 3 c. old fashioned oats 1 c. sunflower seeds or almond slices 1 c. wheat germ 1 c. flaked coconut or raisins In 2 1/2 to 3 quart saucepan, combine butter, sugar, honey, water, salt, and cinnamon. Cook until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Stir in remaining ingredients. Blend all ingredients well. Spread on cookie sheet pressing lightly. Bake until golden brown. Let stand until firm and cold. Break into small pieces and store in air-tight container or refrigerator. |
