OATMEAL MUFFINS 
2 c. oats
2 c. sour cream
2/3 c. melted butter
4 eggs
2 c. light brown sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine oats and sour cream. Stir in melted butter, eggs, brown sugar until mixed. Add flour, powder, soda, and salt. Sprinkle lightly with more oats. Makes 2 dozen. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
