KASHA 
2 c. whole roasted buckwheat groats
2 eggs
2 c. chicken or beef broth
Salt
2 tbsp. butter

Mix the eggs with the groats. Put in a heated, heavy saucepan with a good cover. Stir until each groat is separate. Add 2 cups of broth to mixture. Cover tightly. Turn heat very low and steam for 30 minutes. Just before serving, add salt and butter.
