MARINATED STEAK 
Inexpensive steak (blade etc.)
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. ginger
1 sliced onion
Garlic salt

Sprinkle garlic salt over meat; cover meat with sliced onion; pour remaining mixture over steak, cover and let stand 24 hours. Turn steak over after 12 hours. Grill at desired tenderness. Serves 6 to 8.
