BROILED MARINATED STEAK WITH
VEGETABLES
 
1 env. (8 oz.) meat marinade
2-3 lb. boneless chuck steak
1/4 c. butter
4 med. raw potatoes, quartered
3 med. onions, cut in thick slices
Onion salt
Pepper
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen whole green beans

Prepare marinade and marinate steak in the mixture as directed on envelope. Drain steak and reserve marinade. Melt butter in shallow baking dish in preheated moderate, 350 degree, oven. Roll potatoes and onions in marinade and put in baking dish. Sprinkle with onion salt and pepper to taste. Bake 1 hour, turning and basting with marinade several times. Broil meat to desired doneness and cut in thick diagonal slices. Cook and drain beans. Serve vegetables with meat. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
