PESTO SAUCE 
2 c. fresh basil leaves
1/2 c. pignoli nuts
2 lg. cloves garlic
1 c. freshly grated Parmesan
Freshly ground pepper
1 c. olive oil

Combine basil, nuts, garlic (after pressing in garlic press or chopping finely), oil and pepper in blender or food processor. Process until all ingredients are smooth.
