CHEESY POTATO SOUP 
6 c. potatoes
2 c. water
1 c. celery
1 c. carrots
1/2 c. onions
2 cubes, chicken bouillon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3 c. milk
4 tbsp. flour
1 lb. cheese
2 tsp. parsley flakes, optional

In large cooking pan add together potatoes, water, celery, carrots, onions, chicken boullion cubes, salt and pepper. Cover this and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Then add: milk, flour and cheese.
