NO - CRUST PIZZA 
1 (2 oz.) can chopped mushrooms
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. each oregano, salt
Pinch of pepper
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 (1 oz.) slices Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. pizza sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper

Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid. Add enough water to reserved liquid to measure 1/3 cup. Combine with egg, bread crumbs, oregano, salt and pepper in bowl; mix well. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add ground beef; mix well. Pat into 9 inch pie plate, forming crust. Cut cheese into 8 triangles. Arrange half the cheese over ground beef. Layer pizza sauce, mushrooms, onion and green pepper over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 5 minutes longer. Yield: 8 servings.
