12 slices bacon, fried crisp, crumbled
1 c. Swiss cheese
1/3 c. chopped green onion
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees; lightly grease 9 or 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle the bacon, cheese and onion into the pie plate. Beat the remaining ingredients for 1 minute on high in a blender. Pour into a pie plate and bake for 35-40 minutes. Serves 6-8 people.
