NEVER FAIL PARTY CHICKEN 
8 good sized chicken breasts, skinned & boned
3 slices bacon
1 (4 oz.) pkg. chipped beef
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 pt. sour cream

Wrap each chicken breast with a piece of bacon. Cover bottom of flat greased baking dish (8 x 12 x 2 inches) with chopped beef and arrange breasts on top. Mix soup and sour cream and pour over all. Refrigerate. Bake at 275 degrees for 3 hours, cook uncovered. Can be made ahead and refrigerated or even frozen until ready to cook.
