BULL'S EYE 
1 egg
1 slice of bread
butter

Use a 2 inch round cookie cutter and cut out the center of the bread. Brown 1 side of the bread only in a moderately hot greased frying pan, then turn it over. Crack the egg into the hole in the bread and cook until the white is set. Cover the pan to help the egg white set quickly. Lift carefully and serve.

For holidays, use a bell shaped cutter for Christmas; a bunny for Easter, a heart shaped cutter for Valentines day.
