CHICKEN MOLD SUPREME | |
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lemon gelatin 2 c. boiling water 1 c. cold water 3 c. diced chicken 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. each diced celery, diced pineapple, drained 1 c. seedless grapes 1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts are best) Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and chill until partially set. Mix chicken and mayonnaise and blend in gelatin thoroughly. Stir in remaining ingredients. Turn into individual molds or 1 large. Chill until firm. Can be made night before. |
