MOLDED CHICKEN SALAD LOAF 
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. vinegar
1 c. sliced celery
4 oz. jar diced pimentos
1/2 c. sliced green onions
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
3 (5-6 oz.) cans boned chicken

Sprinkle gelatin over cold water to soften. Heat over hot water until gelatin is dissolved.

Mix with soup, mayonnaise, vinegar, celery, pimento, onion, mushrooms and chicken (cut in pieces). Chill until partially thickened and pour into mold. Chill until firm. Unmold on serving plate and garnish with crisp salad greens. Serves 8.
