BEEF POT ROAST 
3-4 lb. beef roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
Salt & pepper to taste

Put 1/2 can of soup on a double piece of foil large enough to wrap around roast. On top of that put 1/2 of the package of dried onion soup mix. Put roast on top and add remaining soup and onion to top of roast. Wrap in foil and place in shallow pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour per pound. Makes a delicious roast and gravy all in one. Also a good way to fix chicken.
