2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. peanut butter
3 c. quick cooking oatmeal

Place sugar, butter, cocoa, milk, and salt in heavy skillet. Bring to boil. Cook 1 minute. Add peanut butter and mix thoroughly. Add oatmeal and mix thoroughly. Drop by teaspoonful on waxed paper.
