5 to 7 lb. corned beef brisket 1 head of cabbage Several sm. potatoes Cook corned beef according to package directions the last half of hour. Add cabbage that has been quartered and potatoes after cleaning and scouring. When potatoes are tender serve vegetables in one big bowl, with the corned beef sliced very thin. |
