ALMOND ROCA 
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 sm. chocolate bars
3/4 c. chopped almonds

Cook butter, sugar, water and vanilla over medium heat until hard ball is formed in water. Pour into buttered 8 x 8 inch pan and cool at room temperature. Lay chocolate bars on top while still warm and spread thinly when melted. Sprinkle with chopped almonds. When cool, break into bite-sized pieces.
