HOT SAUSAGE DIP 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. hot Italian sausage
1 (3 lb.) Velveeta cheese
3 med. onions
3 tomatoes
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies

In very large skillet, cook hamburger, sausage, onions, tomatoes, and green chilies. Mix and stir often until tomatoes and onions are well done. Pour off excess fat. Melt cheese over mix and mix well by stirring. Serve with corn chips or Fritos. Freezes well.
