BREAD STUFFING (EA) 
2 lg. onions
1/2 c. butter
3 qt. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. water or giblet broth
1/2 c. diced celery
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning

Chop onions fine and cook in butter until soft but not brown. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Makes enough to stuff a 12 pound bird.
