PINEAPPLE BREAKFAST BARS 
2 1/4 oz. quick oats (raw)
2/3 c. non-fat dry milk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp. vanilla
6 tsp. sweetener or sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. pineapple juice
1 tsp. maple extract

Mix all ingredients together and spread in an 8 inch square pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
