1 c. flour
1 cube butter
1 c. nuts

Mix together and spread in 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake about 15 minutes at 450 degrees or until brown.

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Cream together all 3 ingredients and spread on cooled crust.

THIRD LAYER:

2 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Mix together and spread onto 2nd layer. Let set.

FOURTH LAYER:

2 c. Cool Whip
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts

Spread on top layer and serve chilled.
