THE PUDDIN' CAKE 
FIRST LAYER:

1 c. flour
1 c. ground pecans
1 stick butter

Melt butter and mix together. Spread on bottom only of 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes (watch - it scorches easily). Let cool.

SECOND LAYER:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip

Cream sugar and cheese together. Fold Cool Whip in and spread quickly over Layer 1. Careful, crust doesn't roll up.

THIRD LAYER:

1 lg. box chocolate pudding
1 lg. box vanilla pudding
2 c. milk

Mix all together until thick. Spread over Layer 2.

FLOUR LAYER:

1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix together Layer 3. Sprinkle crushed pecans on top and chill.
