STRAWBERRY PUDDIN 
12 oz. pkg. vanilla wafers
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Vanilla flavoring
10 oz. sweet strawberries
1 c. pecans
Whipped topping

Crumble all vanilla wafers. In an oblong cake pan, line 1/2 wafers. Melt one stick butter. Add 2 eggs, 1 1/2 cups sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring. Mix until creamy. Pour evenly over vanilla wafers. Never stir layers!! Pour whip cream over creamy mixture. Add strawberries to top of whip cream. Chop pecans in pieces. Add to remaining wafer crumbs. Mix well. Then add to top of strawberries.
