CREAMED SALMON AND PEAS 
2 slices thin bread
6 oz. canned salmon
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/2 c. water
4 oz. evaporated skim milk
1/2 c. cooked peas or other vegetables
Salt and pepper

Place slices of bread in blender with 1/2 cup water. Blend until very smooth. Heat milk until it boils, then add bread and water mixture until thick and smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Heat through.
