SESAME CHICKEN SALAD 
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite-size pieces
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1 stalk celery, diced
1/2 lg. head Romaine lettuce, shredded
1 c. packaged chow mein noodles
1 tbsp. sesame seeds, lightly toasted
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained

Prepare sesame oil dressing. Set aside. Toss chicken, onion, celery and Romaine in serving bowl. Pour dressing over salad; toss. Top with noodles, sesame seeds and oranges. Garnish with Romaine, if you wish.

Sesame oil dressing: Stir together 1 teaspoon oriental sesame oil, 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, 3/4 cup white wine vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in small bowl. Stir until sugar dissolves. Note: Oriental sesame oil can be found in the Oriental food section of your supermarket.
