GRANNY'S TEA CAKES 
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
3 1/2 c. flour

Cream sugar and butter together. Add eggs, beating well after each addition. Add flavorings, then add flour to make a stiff dough. Roll dough thin. Cut with a big biscuit cutter.

Bake cookies at 350°F for about 10 minutes.
