RHUBARB CRISP 
3 c. diced fresh or frozen rhubarb
1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. quick cooking oats
1/3 c. unsifted flour
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Place rhubarb in 2 quart glass baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients except butter. In medium mixing bowl cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over rhubarb. Microwave for 12 to 14 minutes on high.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
