RHUBARB CRISP | |
3 c. diced fresh or frozen rhubarb 1/2 c. sugar 2/3 c. quick cooking oats 1/3 c. unsifted flour 3/4 c. packed brown sugar 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. butter Place rhubarb in 2 quart glass baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients except butter. In medium mixing bowl cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over rhubarb. Microwave for 12 to 14 minutes on high. |
