GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
10-12 lg. red potatoes
2 tbsp. vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. water
Pinch of sugar
2 green onions, chopped finely

Cook potatoes; drain and peel. Cut into slices. Add vinegar and water. Mix; add sugar, salt and pepper; add green onions and mix well. Serve warm. Serves 6-8 people.
