STRAWBERRY BANANA BREAD 
2 eggs
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. mashed strawberries
1/2 c. mashed bananas
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. rolled oats
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda

In mixing bowl, beat eggs until frothy, stir in oil, sugar, strawberries and bananas. In separate bowl, combine flour, salt, oats, baking powder and baking soda. Stir to mix, then add to first bowl. Stir to moisten. Turn into 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour, or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes, remove from pan, cool, wrap well and allow to ripen 1 day.
