FISH AUGRATIN | |
1 c. chicken broth 1 tbsp. flour 1 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. parsley flakes 1/4 c. whipping cream 1 1/2 lb. flounder or orange roughy TOPPING: 3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 3 tbsp. dry bread crumbs 1 tsp. melted butter 1 tsp. lemon juice Bring broth to a boil, blend in flour and butter. Thicken and reduce heat. Stir in spices and cream. Butter pan pour over fish. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle topping and bake 15 minutes more. |
