1 lb. cod, boned
1 lg. potato
1 carrot
2 eggs
1/2 c. matzo meal
butter for topping
1 med. onion

Boil cod, potato and carrot until soft. Mash and grate in onion. Add eggs, matzo meal. Make patties. Bake topped with butter until brown at 350 degrees.
