STRAWBERRY DESSERT 
1 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. butter
2 egg whites
1 c. granulated sugar
2 c. sliced fresh or 10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipping cream, whipped OR Dessert Whip

Stir together first 4 ingredients. Spread evenly in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from oven and crumble. Sprinkle 2/3 crumbs in 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Combine egg whites, sugar, berries, and lemon juice in large bowl. Beat at high speed to stiff peaks, at least 10 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon over crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs. Freeze 6 hours or overnight. Cut in 10-12 squares. Can trim with whole strawberries.
