3 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese 5 eggs 1 c. granulated sugar 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple 1 tsp. vanilla Mix together 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 tablespoons butter and graham cracker crumbs, pat into bottom of 8 x 12 x 2 baking dish. Next, cream the cheese real good, then add one egg at a time into the cheese, next add sugar and vanilla. Squeeze juice from pineapple then smooth pineapple onto graham cracker crust, put the cheese mixture onto pineapple layer. Bake cake for 1 hour at 300 degrees checking it towards the end of baking time. Cool 5 minutes. Mix 1 pint sour cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 cup sugar. Put this mixture on top of cake. Place in oven 5 more minutes. Take out and cool. Refrigerate. |
