ALMOND CRESCENTS COOKIES 
2 sticks "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter"
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. almond extract
2 c. flour
1 c. finely chopped almonds

Beat "butter" with 1/2 cup of confectioners' sugar until fluffy. Add almond extract. Sift flour and add gradually to mixture, along with almonds. Shape in a ball and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

To shape - pinch off walnut size balls of dough. Shape like a fat new moon. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes until faintly brown. Dust when cool with remaining confectioners' sugar.
