JELLY OR JAM 
1 tsp. plain gelatin
1 tbsp. cold water
2 tbsp. Certo
1 c. juice or fruit
2 tbsp. artificial sweetener
1 tsp. sugar

Soak gelatin in cold water. Add Certo to juice. Boil 1 minute. Add gelatin mixture, sweetener, and sugar. Stir until well mixed; cool. Freeze in small containers. Remove only the amount of jelly that can be used in 3 or 4 days at a time.
