OKRA WITH RED CHILI 
1 lb. fresh okra
2 tomatoes, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
2 red Thai chilies, crumbled
1 tsp. cumin
1/4 c. oil
Salt and pepper to taste

In a large skillet, heat the oil and saute the onion, garlic and Thai chilies. Add the okra, tomatoes and the rest of the spices. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let cook until okra is tender. If it gets too dry, add 1/2 cup chicken stock.
