LASAGNA 
1/2 pkg. lasagna noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning or you can sub. sweet basil or oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
4 c. grated mozzarella

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain off grease. Boil lasagna noodles according to package directions. Add tomato sauce and seasonings to browned meat and simmer 20 minutes.

Layer noodles, sauce mixture and mozzarella in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
