CASSEROLE GROUND BEEF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 med. onions
1 sm. can mushrooms and liquid
4 c. spaghetti sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
2 boxes of lg. shells
1 lb. Provolone cheese, sliced thin
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
2 bags of Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Brown ground beef, add onions, (drain off fat) add mushrooms, spaghetti sauce, oregano and basil. Simmer 20 minutes or until onions are tender. Cook shells and drain. (Use a LARGE casserole). Put half shells in casserole, cover with half meat mixture, sour cream, and Provolone. Repeat with shells, meat mixture, sour cream and top with Mozzarella. Cooking time: 45 minutes. Temperature: 375 degrees. Serves 15. NOTE: May be frozen. Set out of freezer 203 hours before baking. (Bake uncovered).
