GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. jar of Prego spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
Minced onions to taste or chopped onions
1 (12 oz.) bag wide egg noodles
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 block sharp cheese, grated

Brown ground beef and drain. Add Prego sauce and onions. Simmer. Cook noodles as directed until tender, drain. Pour noodles in a large Pyrex dish. Pour in sour cream and mix with noodles. Pour in meat sauce on top of noodles. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of meat. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbling and cheese is melted.
