IMPERIAL CRAB | |
1 lb. crab meat preferably back fin 2 tbsp. minced onion 1 tbsp. minced green pepper 1 tbsp. minced parsley 4 tbsp. butter, melted 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Dash of Tabasco 1 egg, beaten Buttered crumbs 3 tbsp. mayonnaise Pick over crab meat to remove bits of shell. Simmer vegetables in butter and combine with other ingredients except crumbs. Mix gently and fill cleaned crab shells. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees about 15 minutes or until brown. |
