ICE CREAM CRUNCH PIE 
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
18 oz. jar hot fudge topping

Mix first four ingredients together until crumbly. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees until toasted, stirring occasionally. Be careful, crust around edges may burn. Cool slightly when done.

Spread 1/2 mixture on bottom of 9x13 pan (glass). Sprinkle 1/2 of hot fudge over this, then add softened ice cream. Drizzle rest of fudge on ice cream and then add rest of crumb mixture. Freeze overnight.
