JO'S PEPPER STEAK SANDWICHES 
1 1/2 - 2 lb. chuck steak
1 lg. pepper
1 med. onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
Hoagie or brat buns

Cut steak, pepper, onion into long thin strips. Brown meat and tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer over low heat 30 minutes. Serve in hoagie or brat buns.
