LOW SODIUM FRENCH DRESSING 
1 sm. clove garlic
2 tbsp. Tarragon vinegar or lemon juice
5 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. spicy shaker
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. onion, chopped

SPICY SHAKER:

1/2 tsp. cayenne
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. cumin

Whip in blender. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. 3 milligrams sodium per tablespoon.
