SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
2 c. self rising flour

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time and beat well. Add sour cream, then flour. Put half of mixture in a 10 inch tube pan. Sprinkle half of topping mix and add the rest of batter, then remainder of topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Topping Mix
1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
