EASY CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI 
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix soup, mayonnaise, curry powder and lemon juice together. 1 bunch broccoli 1 pkg. Cheddar or Colby cheese 1/2 c. bread crumbs

Precook chicken until almost done, approximately 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Precook broccoli until almost cooked but not soft, approximately 20 minutes. Layer broccoli in bottom of casserole or 9 x 13 inch pan depending on how much you are making. Place chicken breasts on broccoli. Pour soup and mayonnaise mixture over entire pan. Spread with cheese, sprinkle bread crumbs over and pour melted butter over the bread crumbs (about 1 cube). Cook covered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, let cool. Serves 4. May be increased if cooking more chicken; double soup and mayonnaise, etc. to taste.
